From Follett - Bob Comet is a retired librarian, who lives a serene and isolated life in Oregon, surrounded by books. One morning he performs an act of kindness that brings him in contact with the local senior center. He soon begins volunteering and becomes close with the community. A painful complication from his past brings to light the complicated events of his life.
